GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 8 March. June 2015



on the determination of the amount of charge per unit of natural mineral water

taken from the source natural mineral water



The Government directs pursuant to § 46 para. 4 Act No. 164/2001 Coll., on natural

medicinal resources, resources, natural mineral water, natural

medical spas and Spa areas and amending certain

related laws (the Spa Act):



§ 1



The amount of the fee



The unit fee taken from the natural mineral water

the source of natural mineral water is 6 CZK per 1 m3.



§ 2



Regulation (EEC)



The Government Decree No 385/2001 Coll., laying down the unit above

the fee for natural mineral water taken from the source natural

mineral water, is hereby repealed.



§ 3



The effectiveness of the



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2015.
