Regulation

adjusting the upper classes of the classification of enterprises in nebezpečenských.
Pursuant to section 14 of the Act of 28. in December 1887, the No. 1 line of the year 1888.,
accident insurance of workers and of article XX. law of 10. April 1919, no. 207
Coll. and n., shall be issued by the following provisions:
§ 1.
On 1 January 2005. starting with the January 1919 applies to enterprises subject to the upper
supervision of the upper authorities, about the races to them belonging, drilling
holdings on the reserved minerals and mining companies on the top of the wax and
asphalt, the Ministry of the Interior regulation of 6. in July 1914, no. 143 l. of.
§ 2.
Sorting accident insurance undertakings to the
nebezpečenských classes, mounted under the No. 2 of this regulation, the following
is as follows:

§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication with retroactive effect from the date
on 1 May 2004. January 1919.
