The Ministry of Interior on the repeal of the generally binding decrees of the statutory

the city of Kladno No 46/10 on the designation of places for the pursuit of other technical

game controllers allowed the Ministry of Finance on the territory of the city

Kladno, in the presence of the statutory city of Kladno, as party to the proceedings and

the Ombudsman as a secondary party to the proceedings,
