The Ministry of culture shall determine pursuant to section 6 of the Act of the Czech National Council.

The territory of historical cores of the towns of Benešov nad Černou (Český Krumlov district)

Brandýs nad Orlicí (okr. Ústí nad Orlicí district), Brumov (okr. Zlín), Czech

(Okr. Ústí nad Orlicí district), Doubravník (Žďár nad Sázavou district)

Fryšták (okr. Zlín), Hodkovice nad Mohelkou (okr. Liberec), Hořice na

Bohemian Forest (Český Krumlov district), Chabařovice (okr. Ústí nad Labem), Kyjov

(okr. Hodonín), Mníšek pod Brdy (okr. Prague-West District), (okr.

Poběžovice (Zlín), okr. Domazlice), Telč-the old town (okr. Jihlava)

Třešť (okr. Jihlava), Valašské Klobouky (okr. Zlín), Veselí nad Moravou

(okr. Hodonín), Vizovice (okr. Zlín), Vlachovo Březí (okr. Prachatice),

Vyšší Brod (Český Krumlov district), Žamberk (okr. Ústí nad Orlicí)

workers ' colony in Brumově (okr. Zlín) are declared historic zone

(hereinafter referred to as "the zone").



§ 2



The boundaries of the territory of the zones defined in the annex to this Decree and are graphically

indicated on the maps, which are deposited with the Ministry of culture, the State

Institute for preservation of historical monuments in Prague, Central Bohemia, Institute for

Heritage Institute of technology, Institute in České Budějovice

Institute in Pardubice, Institute in Pilsen,

Institute in Ústí nad Labem and in district offices and municipalities, on

whose territory the zone is located.



§ 3



The competent authority shall ensure that the designation of the territory of the town and country planning preservation

zone in the territorial planning documentation and in spatial planning

documentation for its acquisition, or when taking their changes and

This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
