The DECREE
from day 4. December 2013,
amending Decree No. 29/2004 Coll., implementing Act No.
149/2003 Coll., on trade in forest reproductive material of tree species in
the texts of Decree No. 44/2010 Sb.
The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 39, paragraph. 1 law No. 149/2003
Coll. on the putting into circulation of forest reproductive material which are
the major species and artificial hybrids, intended to restore the forest and to the
reforestation, and amending some related laws (Act on trade
with the basic material of forest tree species), as amended by law No. 232/2013
Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 29/2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 149/2003 Coll.
trade in forest reproductive material of tree species, as amended by Decree No.
44/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:
1. In article 1, paragraph 2, including the footnote No 1 is added:
"(2) the quality of the seed shall be determined in accordance with the applicable ČSN ^ 1).
Each section of the seeds or fruit of the referenced into circulation shall be assessed according to the characters
referred to in section 8 (2). 4 of the Act.

2. In article 1, after paragraph 2, insert a new paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) the quality of the seed referred to in paragraph 2 shall be determined in
independent laboratory authorised by the Ministry of the accredited internationally
a recognized procedure for testing the quality of the seed. For
an independent laboratory is considered to be a laboratory operated by a legal or

Paragraphs 3 to 10 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 4 to 11.
3. In section 1, paragraph 4, including the footnote No. 10:

4. In section 1 (1). 5, after the word "purity" is inserted after the word "at least" and on the

5. In section 1, paragraph 6, the following paragraph 7 is added:

6. In section 1, paragraph 10 shall be deleted.
Paragraphs 11 and 12 shall become paragraph 10 and 11.
7. In the heading of section 2, the number "4" is replaced by "7".
8. In section 2 (2). 1 the words "are the high-rise zones intended according to annex No.

§ 4
The details of the certificate of origin and its exposure

12. In section 5, paragraphs 7 and 8, including footnotes

Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.
18. In section 8, paragraph 3, including footnotes, No 12:
"(3) proof of the recognition by the person responsible for the source contains the data
needed for a central register of recognised units (section 18 (1)

20. In article 9 paragraph 2 is added:

21. In section 9 paragraph 4 and 5 are added:
"(4) the owner shall submit a request for recognition of sources sources giving of the

22. In article 9, paragraphs 6 and 7 shall be deleted.
23. In section 10, paragraph 1. 4, the words "Parental trees" in the first sentence shall be replaced by

"and" and the words "ortets of parental trees" in the third sentence shall be replaced by the words
"the parents of families, ortets."
24. In section 10, paragraphs 5 to 7 shall be added:

reproductive material authorised person. Model application for recognition resources
the basic material is given in annex No. 21. Annex to the application-

Appendix 7 to Decree No. 29/2004 Sb.
Formula age and method of labelling of planting stock cultivation
The method of cultivation is indicated by the formula, where the first number indicates the number of
