the plenary consisting of the President of the Court and the judge-rapporteur, Paul Rychetského and

judges Stanislav Bumpkin, Louis David, Jaroslav Fenyka, Jana

Philip, Vlasta Formánkové, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Crust, Jan Musil,

Vladimir Sládečka, Radovan Suchánka, Catherine Šimáčkové, Milady

Tomková, Jiří Zemánek and Michaela Židlické on the proposal for Ing. Romana

Rokůska, the Director of the regional office Karlovy Vary region, on the abolition of

the town of Františkovy Lázně, Regulation No 1/2013, ban pochůzkového and

itinerant sale, with the participation of the town of Františkovy Lázně, represented

JUDr. LIBOR janku, a lawyer based in Cheb, Manesova 13, as

party to the proceedings and the public defender of rights as intervener

management,
