on the conditions for award of research, experimental development and
innovation
The Government directs pursuant to § 49 paragraph 1. 6 of law No. 218/2000 SB., about
budgetary rules and amendments to some related laws
(budget rules), as amended by law No 26/2008 Coll., to implement section 3
paragraph. 3 (b). e) Act No. 130/2002 Coll., on the promotion of research,
experimental development and innovation of public funds and amending
some related laws (Act on the promotion of research,
experimental development and innovation), as amended by Act No. 110/2009, code:
§ 1
Benefits in kind or financial awards to exceptional research results;
experimental development and innovation
(1) the valuation of the extraordinary results of research, experimental development and
innovation according to the law on the promotion of research, experimental development and
innovation can be granted to a natural person who has reached such results.
The valuation of the extraordinary results of research, experimental development and innovation
may grant
and the Government as a national prize) of the Government in the form of a financial award of $ 1
000 000 CZK
(b)) the provider pursuant to the Act on the promotion of research, experimental development
and innovation, which is an organizational component of the State (hereinafter referred to as
"the provider") in the form of financial or real valuation of up to or
in the value above 500 000 CZK.
(2) granting the national prize of the Government decides on a proposal from the Council for Government
research, development and innovation (hereinafter referred to as "the Council"). This award is provided to
from the budget Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and can be granted
only once in a calendar year.

§ 2
Financial award of promotion or popularization of research, experimental
development and innovation
(1) a financial award of promotion or popularization of research,
experimental development and innovation under the Act on the promotion of research,
experimental development and innovation can be granted to a natural person who is
research fellow, for the significant work in the area of development research,
experimental development and innovation including the promotion or
popularization. Awards may be granted by any provider, from whose
budget support is provided for research, experimental
development and innovation, to the amount of 500 000 CZK.
(2) concerning the award of promotion and popularization of research,
experimental development and innovation shall be decided by the provider of the
budget chapter award is provided. The provider may grant in
one calendar year one or more valuation according to paragraph 1, with the

calendar year must not exceed 500 000 CZK.
§ 3
The selection of a candidate for an award
