Celsius temperature t is defined as the difference t = T-T0 between the two
thermodynamic temperatures T and T0 = 273,15 K Interval or difference
the temperature may be expressed either in kelvins or in degrees Celsius.
The unit "degree Celsius" is equal to the unit "kelvin".

as algebraic expressions in the form of products of powers of the SI base units
with the numerical factor equal to 1.

Units derived from SI base units can be expressed using the
the units specified in point 1.
Derived SI units may be expressed by the special names and brands
listed in the table above; for example, a unit of dynamic viscosity may be
expressed as m-1. kg. s-1 or N. with the. m-2 or Pa. with the.

Names and symbols of decimal multiples and submultiples of the unit weight is created
appending the prefix to the word "gram" and their brands to brand the "g".
Where are derived units expressed as a fraction, to their
decimal multiples and submultiples connection to the unit prefix in the
the numerator or the denominator, or both of these parts.
Compound prefix, it means the prefix, which are created by the merging of
several of the above prefixes should not be used.

2), the units listed in the brochure of the International Bureau of weights and measures between the
units which are allowed temporarily.
Note: the prefixes and their symbols listed in 1.3 may be used in
conjunction with the units and symbols contained in table 1.4.
