to increase pensions in 2011

§ 1



Old-age pensions, invalidity, widow's, widower's and orphan's granted before

1 January 2011 increase from repayments of the pension payable after 31 December 2006. December

2010 so that



basic amount) the pension shall be increased by 60 CZK per month,



(b)) percentage amount income is increased by 3.9% of the percentage amount

§ 2



Base amount of pensions granted after 31 December 2002. December 2010, referred to in §

33 para. 1, § 41 para. 1, § 51 para. 1 and § 53 para. 1 of the law on

pension insurance, makes 2 230 per month.



§ 3



(1) the percentage amount of widows ', 're talking widow and orphans ' pensions,

increase only if they have not been assessed from a percentage assessment of pensions

increased under this regulation.



(2) If a pension adjusted for overlapping with other income or pay

for overlapping with the gainful activity, when you change the amount paid to

income that is related to the reasons for the increase in the percentage of the pension adjustment

the acreage of income pursuant to § 1 (b). (b)), and according to the amount of the percentage amount

the pension, which belongs to the date of this change.



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2011.
