which have been extended on the basis of article 14 of the Treaty on the legal assistance and
Article 9 of the additional Convention to the Bahamas, Basutsko, Fiji, Nauru, Swaziland
and Tonga as the then part of the British Empire (No 152/1938 Coll. and
n.), continue to apply as a result of succession between the Czechoslovak
Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the new independent States that emerged on the
