DECREE



The Ministry of the Interior



of 31 March 2004. August 1999,



laying down technical conditions for fire doors, smoke-tight

smoke-tight doors and fire doors



Ministry of the Interior shall establish in accordance with § 24 para. 2 Act No. 133/1985 Coll.

about fire protection, as amended by Act No. 204/1994 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) this Decree lays down the technical conditions of fire doors,

smoke-tight doors and smoke-tight fire doors to fire security

protection of buildings and technologies.



(2) the fire door, smoke-proof doors and smoke-proof fire doors must

comply with the requirements arising from legislation, "^ 1") and a type,

construction, design, way of installation in buildings or technologies

§ 2



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

Technical conditions



§ 3



(1) fire doors shall comply with the technical conditions of the expressed requirements

§ 4



(1) fire doors, smoke-proof doors and smoke-proof fire doors in accordance with §

3 must be made, built into buildings or technologies and maintained

§ 5

(5) For signs of fire doors, smoke-tight doors and smoke-tight

fire doors in the technical documentation (e.g. manuals, construction manufacturers

drawings, project documentation, other technical certificates, testimonials,

fire protection documentation, etc.) the provisions of paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis

(a). a) to (d)). Alphabetic and numeric tags are in order

§ 6
