Of professional and medical crew boats, licenses
eligibility books sailors and the captain's promise

Department of Transportation determined in accordance with § 85 para. 1 of Law no. 61/2000 Coll.
On maritime navigation, as amended by Act no. 310/2008 Coll., Act no. 261/2011 Coll
. Act no. 64/2014 Coll. and Act no. 81/2015 Coll., (hereinafter the "Act")
to implement § 32 para. 4, § 42 para. 6, § 43 para. 10, § 44 para. 4, §
45, paragraph. 7, § 47 para. 2 and 8, § 48 para. 9 and § 54 para. 6 of the Act:

§ 1
Subject Matter


This Decree implements the relevant regulations of the European Union ^ 1) and adjusts


A) the procedure for the exam to demonstrate expertise and skills
, the method of evaluation and the content of the protocol on the course and outcome
tests

B) particulars of the curriculum and the training necessary to be a member
crewmember (the "Plan education and training") and the requirements
certificate of completion of such education and training,

C) enumeration and characterization of specific activities, whose performance is

§ 2

To the exam

(1) test to demonstrate expertise and skills to perform a specific function within
crewmember (hereinafter referred to as "test") is performed on the basis of a written application

Evaluation tests
§ 3

§ 4

§ 6

§ 8

§ 9

§ 10

§ 11

§ 12

§ 19

§ 21

§ 22

§ 23

§ 25

Captain promise

Text captain's oath: "I promise on my honor and conscience that when

Transitional provisions
