a breakdown of the safety material
The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 2 (2). 3 of Act No.
229/2013 Coll., on the management of some things usable to defense and
safety purposes on the territory of the Czech Republic (law on the management of
safety material):
§ 1
Breakdown of safety material for each group is shown in the
the annex to this Decree.
§ 2
For the purposes of this order shall not be considered for operational
and safety material groups) 5 and 6 of the annex, which passed a non-refundable
conversion or destruction in accordance with the requirements of the relevant international
^ 1) of the Treaty, or
(b)) other safety material that has been irreversibly disposed of,
and irreversible deterioration in this case means its
to modify or change its technical state, which ensures that it is not
can be used for its original purpose.
§ 3
Decree No. 407/2013 Coll., on the breakdown of safety material,
repealed.
§ 4
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2015.

Annex
Breakdown of safety material
Group 1
Flame throwers, or generators of smoke or gases that cause immobilization
the injury or death if they are serviceable.
Group 2
Mine rozněcovače, if they are serviceable.
Group 3
Equipment for fire control, missile guidance and leadership, if they are
operational.
Group 4
Recovery tanks, crane tanks, combat engineer Sapper tanks and machines
tank chassis, if serviceable, except for those that
are used within the integrated rescue system.
Group 5
and) tanks, armoured fighting vehicles, including infantry fighting vehicles,
armored personnel carriers, heavy armament combat vehicles and self-propelled
artillery systems, including cannons, howitzers, cannons, mortars,
rocket launchers and linking their systems characteristics, with a gun
znehodnocenou or irreversibly destroyed under another law ^ 2)
so, in order to prevent it being reused or modified for military
purposes, or vehicles equipped with medium weapons or equipment for laying
the min or the firing of ammunition, or
b) bridge tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles and armoured personnel carriers,
including in particular vehicles with special vehicles or derived from
vehicles referred to in point (a)).
Group 6
a) combat aircraft and helicopters and other aircraft and helicopters with special
structural characters related to military use, produced after 1.
January 1946, if serviceable, or
b) pilotless combat heavier or lighter than air,
motorized or non-motorized, autonomous or remote-controlled and other
drones with special design related characters
with military use, if they are serviceable.
Group 7
Equipment for electronic countermeasures and protection against them (IE.
equipment, that is used to broadcast the error and erroneous signals to
radar or radio communication receivers or otherwise disturbing
reception, operation or effectiveness of enemy electronic receivers),
including jamming and counter-jamming equipment, specially designed for
the use of security forces, if they are operational.
Group 8
and types of simulators for) military attack, combat flight simulators,
simulators for radar reconnaissance, generators of radar targets
instruments for training, gunnery, ASW warfare trainers,
flight simulators (including trainers of the centrifugal force for the training of pilots
or astronauts), radar trainers, navigation trainers,
Navigation trainers, missile launch trainers, equipment to
visualization of targets, unmanned flying devices, simulators
equipment simulators unmanned flying resources, if they are
specially designed for military use, or
(b)) systems for the development and interactive display environment for simulation,

Group 9
Equipment for electronic countermeasures and protection against them (IE.

A group of 10
