implementing Act No. 82/1998 Coll., on liability for damage

caused in the exercise of public authority decision or incorrect official

The Government decrees referred to in section 28 of Act No. 82/1998 Coll., on liability for

damage caused in the performance of public authority by a decision or incorrect

official procedure and amendment to the Czech National Council Act No. 357/1992 Coll., on the

notaries public and their activities (notarial regulations):



§ 1



(1) the average earnings means the average earnings as measured by

a special law ^ 1) for industrial purposes.



(2) if the average earnings determined in accordance with paragraph 1, it is when you

the determination of the circumstances of the individual case, in particular from the tax

a confession.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
