laying down additional vehicles that may be equipped with a special

audible warning device plus a special warning light

blue color

The Government directs pursuant to § 137 para. 1 Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on

road safety and on changes of some acts, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act")

to implement section 41 para. 3 of the Act:



§ 1



(1) for the performance of tasks related to the performance of special duties

may be, in addition to the vehicles referred to in § 41 para. 2 of the Act, equipped with

a separate audible warning device plus a special warning

light blue colors ^ 1) vehicles



and the President of the Republic),



(b)) the President of the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Republic,



(c)) of the President of the Czech Senate,



d) members of the Government,



(e)) Chief of the General staff of the army of the Czech Republic,



(f)), the Commander of the air force of the Czech Republic,



g) ground forces Commander of the territorial defence of the army of the Czech Republic,



(h)) United States Army logistics Commander,



and the Deputy Minister of the Interior) for internal security.



(2) a separate audible warning device supplemented by special

warning light blue color can be for each person referred to in

paragraph 1 (b). a), b), c) and (d)) equipped with not more than 2 vehicles and for

each person referred to in paragraph 1 (b). e) to (i)) only 1 vehicle.



§ 2



(1) for the performance of tasks related to the performance of special duties

can be supplemented by a separate audible warning device specific

warning light blue colors equipped with vehicles



and fire protection)



(b) military firefighting units)



(c)), the mountain rescue service,



(d)) of the customs administration,



e) breakdown service of power equipment,



(f)) special motorcycle unit, the Castle guard



(g) the State administration, of the fairway)



h) transport company hl. m. Prahy, a.s.,



I) transport company of the city of Hradec Králové, a.s.,



j) transport company of the city of Liberec, a.s.,



k) transport company Ostrava, a.s.,



l) Of transport companies, and s.



m) legal persons other than those referred to in subparagraphs (h)) to l) engaged

the runway or runway trolleybus, tram



n) Union Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic kynologů, Zatec.



(2) a separate audible warning device supplemented by special

warning light blue color can be for each legal entity

referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (g)), i), (j)) l), m) and (n)) equipped with only 1

the vehicle for a legal person referred to in paragraph 1 (b). h) no more than 20

vehicles and for the legal person referred to in paragraph 1 (b). to a maximum of 3)

of the vehicle.



§ 3



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
