the device or its parts which are not under stress or not on them

a malicious charge, including measures to ensure that there is no

dangerous electric current,

g) danger zone area around the electrical equipment or parts of it

under stress, in which the isolation level is not enforced to prevent

risk from this device,

h) a safe distance distance for safe work outside the danger

zone taking into account the type of work involved, formal

the qualification and the size of the voltage at the electrical equipment,

I) barrier obstacle preventing access to and contact with the electric

the device,

j) work with the supervision of the work on the electrical equipment specified by the person referred to in

detailed guidelines containing necessary security measures and under the

the control of the authorized person

with law, rule, or guideline, as well as working with the command

signed by the employee, indicating its content and period of issue.

§ 3

Operation of the electrical equipment

(1) Use electrical devices may only workers who have been with

This device proven to be familiar.

(2) the employee serving the electrical equipment may only be touched only those

parts of electrical equipment that are intended for the operator, such as

the handle of the switch disconnector switches, handles, levers, and buttons for this purpose.

(3) the employee serving the electrical equipment must not come close to

parts of energized electrical equipment closer than to a safe

distance; safety distances are listed in the annex, which is

part of this Ordinance.

(4) when the damage to the electrical equipment or failure which could

endanger the safety and health, the employee must provide serving electrical

equipment make arrangements that excludes this danger or at least

reduced. An employee serving electrical equipment reports the damage

or failure of the device to the employer.

§ 4

Work on the electrical equipment

(1) Work on the electrical system may be principle without tension.

Under stress, you can work only if it cannot be necessary part

the electrical equipment or the entire device off, if the devices are

Overview and section in which you want to work with, accessible.

(2) Work on the device that has not yet been mounted under tension

However, concurrency, or cannot be excluded from leadership emergence of plying

dangerous voltage induction shall be considered work under stress.

(3) work on the electrical equipment under voltage may be carried out in

the premises of the tight, wet, wet, in premises with increased

aggression, in all workplaces outdoors in the rain, storms, fog,

Gale and snowfall, if a special regulation ^ 1) provides otherwise.

(4) when you work near energized electrical equipment parts and

When you work on parts under voltage may be unprotected only that part of the

electrical equipment on which they are working. The other parts must be

protected by barriers.

(5) the work on the electrical equipment with a voltage above 1000 V are forbidden,

If an employee was forced to work on this equipment in the forward bend

or in other unstable position.

§ 5

Safety precautions when working on the electrical equipment without voltage

(1) work on the electrical equipment without voltage may exercise a person

Canny ^ 2) with supervision, or a person with higher qualifications.

(2) before starting any work on the electrical equipment without voltage

the electrical equipment must ensure by turning off, or turning it off and

disconnecting it. The electrical equipment must be switched off, or turn off and

disconnect from all the potential power. In the place where the electrical

the device turns off or disconnects, it places the employee table:

"Do not turn on, the device works". Where you cannot exclude the unwanted

turn on must be a power switch, plug in or locked out, or otherwise

secured, contactors shall be ensured by opening the control circuits,

compressed-air drive valve the compressed air must be sealed

control, control circuits and disjointed off remote control.

(3) in the case of the work on the power circuit of the electrical equipment must be

remove the fuse insert.

(4) after you turn off or disconnect the electrical equipment, the employee

verifies a surface or a measuring instrument that the electrical equipment or

in part, on which to work, in all the poles or stages without

voltage. From this verification voltage may be dispensed with if the

the ability to determine the status of the other is turned off in a reliable manner. Shorting

the device may be installed only after verification of the voltage, and it

so, that first contacts the ground, and then connects to all wires

the disabled device.

(5) Short-circuits and grounding of electrical equipment shall be made of all the

potential power and at the same time, such measures are taken, that no one

could not enter to the place with parts under voltage. When working on the electrical

the device is necessary to indicate the escape routes, which must remain permanently

loose.

§ 6

Safety precautions when working on the electrical equipment in the vicinity of the

parts under voltage

(1) work on the electrical equipment in the vicinity of parts under voltage may

engage a qualified person, ^ 3) where applicable, a person with higher qualifications.

(2) when working on the electrical equipment in the vicinity of parts under voltage

safety distance must be observed. If it is not possible to secure

distance observed, must be part of the under voltage protected by shields or

barriers, to avoid contact with live parts.

(3) Work on the electrical system may exercise a person conducting

and on the electrical equipment into) 1000 in observing safety distances

with the supervision of a person for a separate activity ^ 4)

(b)) on the electrical equipment above 1000 in under the supervision of a person for a separate

activity.

§ 7

Safety precautions when working on the electrical equipment under voltage

(1) work on the electrical equipment energized to 1000 V can perform

a qualified person.

(2) work on the electrical equipment under voltage above 1000 V can be

carried out at least two knowledgeable persons, of whom at least one is

person for a stand-alone activity that is at the same time responsible for performance

supervision.

(3) work on energized electrical equipment based on the B

may be carried out

and over 1000) for installations in or close to it, if the distance

less than secure;

(b)) for the device to 1000 V, where

-common areas of electrical equipment to over 1000 in the device

1000 V,

-conductor wire of the electrical equipment to 1000 in parallel with

the guidance above 1000 V or to cross and can result in dangerous

induced voltage.

(4) on the basis of statements B must also be carried out work on the electrical

device to 1000 in under stress, if they are

and common areas) of the electrical equipment to over 1000 in the device

1000 V,

(b)) wire conductors of electrical equipment to 1000 in parallel with

the guidance above 1000 V or to cross and can rise to dangerous

induced voltage.

(5) (B) issue an employee designated by the Command by the operator. Statement B is

issued only for one site and one working group with supervision

or the supervision of the designated person to work on the electrical equipment under voltage

and is valid for 24 hours from the moment of the commencement of work to ensure the

the workplace. In a long-running work, when electrical equipment remains

permanently disconnected and if the designated person has not changed, the command can be

(B) issued for a longer period, up to one week. (B) the validity of the order

ends with the last act, for which the command was issued, but always B

end of the period. If the commands are (B) issued to the related work for

several groups, must register in one place on the specified

the employee who coordinates the work.

(6) (B) shall contain a Statement

and the number of the command)

(b)), the date and time it is released,

(c) the name and signature of the employee), who issued the order,

(d) the name and signature of the employee) with supervision or supervision including

the date and hour of receipt of the command B,

(e)) the names and signatures of employees, who are required to ensure that the workplace,

f) the names and signatures of the members of the Working Group,

g) place and type of work,

(h)) the manner and procedure of the workplace,

I) warning and indication of the nearest places are part of the electrical

the equipment under voltage.

(7) (B) the Statement shall be drawn up and forwarded to the demonstrably intended

an employee of the

and, telecommunications)

(b)),

(c)).

(8) since the release of the statement (B) may be waived

and the risk of delay), especially in the case of threat to human life,

(b)) if (B) is replaced with the release of the rules on the safety and protection of the

health at work under the labour code,

(c)) when authenticating the voltage on the electrical device is switched off,

but or.

§ 8

The effectiveness of the

This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
