"the vessel") considers any welded vessel subject to internal pressure

greater than 0.5 bar, intended to contain air or nitrogen and which is not

exposed to the flame and whose parts and assemblies having an effect

the fortress are made either of non-alloy steel, of

non-alloy aluminium or aluminium alloys from the uncured. In doing so,

It is made from either the cylindrical part of the circular cross-section closed outside

arched or flat coaxial cylindrical parts, or two

concentric vaulted day. Its highest working pressure not higher

than 30 bar and the product of the pressure and the volume of the container (hereinafter referred to as "PS. In ") is not

more than 10 000 bar. L and the lowest working temperature is not lower than-50

St. (C) and the maximum working temperature for containers made of steel is not higher than 300

St. (C) and for containers made of aluminium or aluminium alloy is not higher than 100

St. (C).

(3) this Regulation shall not apply to

the working temperature is higher than 100 ° C, determines the thickness of the

using the method described in section 2.1.1.

The actual wall thickness of the cylindrical part and of the steel containers, however, may day

be less than 2 mm for containers of aluminium and aluminium alloys shall not be less

than 3 mm.

load and size of the following conditions is true:

and the calculated pressure) must not be less than the selected maximum

working pressure,

(b)) the total leave membrane stress may be at most equal to the lesser of

values and 0.3 0.6 RET Rm. To define the permissible stress, the manufacturer must

use the smallest of the LIP and Rm values, min guaranteed by the manufacturer of the material.

However, if the cylindrical part of the vessel, one or more longitudinal welds

carried out in a different way than the slot machine, the thickness of the calculated

above method, multiply by 1.15.

2.1.2. experimental method

The thickness of the wall must be fixed so that the container at ambient temperature

are resistant to the action of a pressure equal to at least five times

the maximum allowable pressure, with persistent peripheral distortion may be

not more than 1%.

must not be superficial defects or cracks or changes of mechanical

properties that could affect the safety of the vessels.

3.2. Welded joints on pressure parts

The properties of the weld joints and adjacent areas must be similar to the characteristics of the

welded materials and shall be free of surface or internal defects,

that could affect the safety of the vessels.

Welds must be executed by qualified welders, or workers with

the appropriate device for the chosen method of welding. The approval and

qualifying tests must be conducted by persons notified.

During manufacture, it must also be ensured a permanent quality of the welds of the implementation

the appropriate test corresponding to the method of welding. About these
