on the adjustment of compensation for loss of earnings after the incapacity
resulting from an accident at work or occupational diseases, on the adjustment of compensation for
loss of earnings after the termination of incapacity for work or disability
and adjusting the reimbursement of costs for survivors (Edit)
The Government directs pursuant to § 202 paragraph. 2 of Act No. 65/1965 Coll., code
work, as amended by law No. 37/1993 Coll. and Act No. 46/2004 Coll., and according to the
§ 447 paragraph 2. 3 of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the civil code, as amended by law
No 131/1982 Coll. and Act No. 159/2006 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
ADJUSTMENT OF COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF EARNINGS AFTER THE INCAPACITY
RESULTING FROM AN ACCIDENT AT WORK OR AN OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE AND THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE REFUND
THE COST OF SURVIVORS UNDER THE LABOUR LEGISLATION
§ 1
Compensation for loss of earnings after the incapacity resulting from
an accident at work or an occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss
earnings ") and cost recovery for survivors of belonging
employees or survivors under the labour code, as appropriate,
earlier legislation ^ 1) shall be adjusted so that the average earnings
decisive for the calculation of compensation for loss of earnings or increased

ACCORDING TO THE CIVIL LAW
§ 3
Compensation for loss of earnings after the incapacity or
