about punishing some wrongdoings against national honor

On the proposal of the Government establishes:



§ 1



(1) who, at the time of the increased threat to the Republic (section 18 of the Decree of the President of

Republic of 19 November 2002. June 1945, no. 16 Coll., on the punishment of Nazi

criminals, traitors and their accomplices and extraordinary folk courts)

inappropriate behaviour outraged the national feelings of the Czech or

the Slovak people, aroused public indignation will be punished-if

the Act of a criminal court-the District National Committee prison into one

year, or a fine of up to 1.000, 000 Czech crowns or public warning or two

or all of these punishments.



(2) if the fine is imposed, either for its impregnable case at the same time

spare a prison sentence meted out according to the degree of fault within one year.

§ 2

§ 3



Offences punishable under section 1 shall become statute-barred within six months. The period of limitation

shall start from the day when the crime was committed; for offences committed before the effective date

§ 4



This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication and shall apply only in the countries of the United
