on the determination of some of pyrotechnic articles, the conditions under which it can be
to make their importation, and the model of the application for the grant of authorisation

The Government ordered pursuant to section 18 of Act No 228/2005 Coll., on the control of trade in
products, possession of which is in the Czech Republic restricts for security
reasons and amendment to certain laws (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section 1
paragraph. 2 of the Act:
§ 1
Established products, whose possession limits in the Czech Republic from
for security reasons, are pyrotechnic articles ^ 1) referred to in annex
No 1 to this regulation.
§ 2
Model application for import permits for pyrotechnic articles is given in
Annex 2 to this regulation.
§ 3
This regulation has been notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament
and Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information
in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information
the company, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the second calendar month
following the date of its publication.

some pyrotechnic articles, as amended, or

Member State of the European Union by Directive of the European Parliament and of the

products on the market and the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council no 2013/29/EU
on 12 June 2006. June 2013 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States
relating to the supply of pyrotechnic articles on the market.
