The Government ordered under section 50, paragraph. Act No. 477/2001 SB., on packaging and on the

amendments to certain acts (the Act on the packaging), for the implementation of § 9 (2). 9:



§ 1



The amount of the advance for the selected types of returnable packaging is included in the backup

the annex to this regulation.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the fortieth fifth

the date of its publication.
