DECREE



of 11 December 1997. December 2013,



amending Decree No. 114/2002 Coll. on the Fund for cultural and

social needs, as amended



The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with § 48 para. 8 and section 60 of the Act No.

218/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules and amendments

related acts (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 483/2003

Coll., Act No. 174/2007 Coll. and Act No 312/2008 Coll., and in accordance with § 33

paragraph. 4 of law no 250/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules of territorial

budgets:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 114/2002 Coll. on the Fund for cultural and social needs, in

amended by Decree No 510/2002 Coll., Decree No. 100/2006 Coll., Decree No.

355/2007 Coll. and Decree No. 365/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 2 (a)) shall be deleted.



Subparagraph (b)), and (c)) shall become letters and) and (b)).



2. Footnote 2 reads as follows:



"2) section 225 of the labour code".



3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 3 the second sentence, the word "full" be deleted and the word

the "retirement" with the words "for third-degree invalidity".



4. the heading of section 12 reads: "pension and supplementary pension

savings ".



5. section 12 of the first sentence, after the words "insurance ^ 9)" the words "or

supplementary pension savings ^ 11) "and the second in the sentence after the word

"insurance ^ 9)" the words "or supplementary pension savings ^ 11)".

6. In section 14 para. 1 (b). (d)), the word "full" be deleted and the end of the text

(d)), the words "invalidity of the third degree".
