DECREE



of 10 June 1999. September 2013



on the scope and modalities for the transfer of information to the central register

economic operators and public authorities in the field of marketing of wood and

timber products on the market



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 3 (2). 3 of the law No 226/2013

Coll., on the marketing of timber and timber products on the market (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



§ 1



The range of information made available to the economic operators in the Central

registration



Operator ^ 1), which has an obligation to lead forest economic

records on the implementation of the mandatory provisions of the plan and register for

the renewal of the forest by forest law ^ 2), passes to the central register

information for the previous calendar year of the amounts referred to in the annexes to this

the Decree.



§ 2



The scope of the information transmitted by State administration bodies in the field of marketing

timber and timber products on the market to the central register



(1) the authorities of the State administration in the area of the marketing of timber and timber products

on the market, shall transmit the information to the central register pursuant to § 3 (2). 1

§ 3
