The Office for protection of competition and the Ministry of agriculture lays down

pursuant to section 9 (2). 2 and 3 of law No. 215/2004 Coll., on certain relationships

in the area of public aid, and on the amendment of the Act on the promotion of research and development,

as amended by Act No. 109/2009 Coll.:



§ 1

§ 4
