about the details of the content provider to plan a day of Traumatology

or inpatient health care and how to process it and to discuss



The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 120 of Act No. 372/2007 Coll.

on health services and conditions of their provision (law on

health services), for the implementation of § 47 para. 1 (b). (e)) of the

health services:



§ 1



The contents of the plan of Traumatology



(1) Traumatologický plan provider or a day bed

health care (hereinafter referred to as "provider") is divided into the basic part,

operational part and auxiliary part.

§ 2



How to process and consultation plan of Traumatology



(1) the provider while processing of Traumatology plan works with

administrative authority competent to grant permission to provide the

health services or with the Ministry of health, if it is

the provider of the University Hospital.
