The Czech Republic and amending the Act No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and
other central bodies of State administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
CHANGES IN THE SYSTEM OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT BODIES OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
§ 1
(1) there is hereby established the Office of the Government of the United States; This Office is the Central

is amended as follows:
1. In section 2, at the end of paragraph 1 is replaced by a dot comma and the following
paragraph 12, which reads as follows:
"12. the Office of the Government of the United States.".
2. in section 28 is at the end of paragraph 2 the following sentence including notes below
line # ^ 2):
"Organizational unit of the Office of the Government of the United States is the General
the Directorate of the civil service. ^ 2)
2) section 11 of Act No. 218/2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in the
administrative offices and on the remuneration of such employees and other
employees in the administrative offices (business law). ".
3. in section 28 paragraph 3, including footnote # ^ 3) reads:
"(3) the Head Office of the Government of the Czech Republic appoints and dismisses Government

§ 3
The Office of the Government of the United States acting in accordance with section 28 of Act No. 2/1969 Coll., on

States, including the rights and obligations arising from the employment
relationships and other legal relations, the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic according to the
of this Act.
