Change of government regulation on the determination of detailed conditions when performing
the measures of the common organisation of the market in wine
§ 9
In the Government Regulation No. 245/2004 Coll., on the establishment of detailed conditions when the
implementation of the measures of the common organisation of the market in wine, as amended by regulation
No 83/2006 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 33/2007 Coll. and Decree-Law No.
320/2008 Coll., section 4, including the footnote No 11 to 14 shall be deleted.
PART THREE
Change of government regulation on the determination of certain terms of the provision of
separate sugar payment in to sugar beet growers
§ 10
Government Regulation No. 45/2007 Coll., laying down certain conditions
granting the separate sugar payment to sugar beet growers, as amended by
Government Regulation No. 307/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 2 (2). 3, after the word "Entrepreneur" ^ 5 c), "the words
"where applicable, under the conditions laid down by the directly applicable law

Change of government regulation on the determination of certain terms of the provision of
single area payment scheme of agricultural land and some of the conditions
provision of information on the processing of agricultural products originating in the

Decree-Law No 47/2007 Coll., laying down certain conditions

Change of government regulation on the conditions for the provision of payments for natural
handicaps in mountain areas, areas with other handicaps and
in Natura 2000 sites on agricultural land
§ 12
Government Regulation No. 75/2007 Coll., on conditions for the provision of payments for
natural handicaps in mountain areas, areas with other
handicaps and in Natura 2000 sites on agricultural land, as amended by
Government Regulation No. 113/2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in section 5, paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) the Fund will provide the payment in the currency of the United States; the rate of payments under the
paragraph 2 is converted according to the exchange rate, which is published in the
the first official journal of the European Union published in the calendar year for
that payment is granted, and which is listed on the date that is closest to the
the beginning of this calendar year. ".
2. section 11 shall include footnotes # 19 and 20 shall be deleted.
3. In article 12 (1):
"(1) the applicant payment granted in less-favoured areas will return, if
in the calendar year has broken at least one of the conditions
leading to non-payments under section 10, paragraph 1. 1. ".
4. in section 12 paragraph 1. 2 the words "§ 11 (1) 1, § 11 (1) 2 (a). and) or
§ 11 (1) 2 (a). (b)) "shall be deleted.
5. § 12 para. 3 at the end of subparagraph (a)) the following the word "or", and
subparagraph (b)) shall be deleted. Subparagraph (c)) shall become point
(b)).
6. § 12 para. 4, the words "§ 11 (1) 3, § 11 (1) 4 (b). and) or
§ 11 (1) 4 (b). (b)) "shall be deleted.

Change of government regulation on the determination of the conditions for the granting of subsidies for
afforestation of agricultural land
§ 15
Decree-Law No 239/2007 Coll., laying down conditions for the granting of
subsidies for afforestation of agricultural land, as amended by Decree-Law No.
148/2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the section 5 paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) the Fund will provide grant money in the currency of the United States; the rate of subsidy under
paragraph 1 is converted according to the exchange rate, which is published in the
the first official journal of the European Union published in the calendar year for
that payment is granted, and which is listed on the date that is closest to the
the beginning of this calendar year. ".
2. In article 7, paragraphs 6 and 7, including the footnotes # 16 and 17
shall be deleted.

In section 8 of the regulation of the Government No. 148/2008 Coll., laying down conditions for the
the provision of subsidies on the conservation of economic forest in file
under the measures, Natura 2000 in forests, paragraphs 4 and 5, including notes
footnote 17 and 18 shall be deleted.
PART ELEVEN
Change of government regulation on the determination of the conditions for the granting of subsidies for
forest-environment measures

In section 9 of Decree-Law No 53/2009 Coll., laying down conditions for the
providing grants to forest-environment measures, paragraph 4
and 5 including the footnotes # 17 and 18 shall be deleted.
The present paragraph 6 becomes paragraph 4.
PART TWELVE
TRANSITIONAL PROVISION
§ 19
Legal relationships arising before the date of entry into force of this regulation of the Government
shall be assessed in accordance with the existing legislation.
