DECREE



of 21 June 1999. December 2010



providing for exceptions from the obligation of foreigners to apply for a visa or residence authorisation

stay on locally relevant embassy



Ministry of the Interior after consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

determined in accordance with section 182 paragraph. 1 (b). f) Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on stay of

aliens in the territory of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by

Act No. 382/2008 Coll. and Act No. 427/2010 Coll.:



§ 1



The visa or the release for the long-term or permanent

stay at another Embassy than in the State of which the foreigner

citizen, or that issued the travel document, which is an alien

the holder, or in the State in which the alien has allowed long-term or

a permanent resident is entitled to ask the stranger who is a

a national of a country listed in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



Regulation (EEC)



Decree 462/2008 Coll. laying down the list of countries whose state

Members are entitled to apply for a visa, residence permit

long-term or permanent residence at the Embassy only in

the country of which the alien is a citizen of, or that issued the travel document,

which is a holder of, or in the State in which the alien is enabled

long-term or permanent residence, is hereby repealed.
