on the implementation of certain provisions of plemenářského law

The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 33 of Act No. 154/2000 Coll.
breeding, breeding and registration of farm animals and amending
some related laws (Act plemenářský), as amended by Act No.
130/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section 3 (2). 1, § 5 para. 1,
§ 6 para. 9, § 7 (2). 9, § 9 para. 4, section 10, paragraph 1. 3, § 11 (1) 5, section 12
paragraph. 8, § 15 para. 5, § 16 para. 2, § 17 para. 5, § 18 para. 3, § 19
paragraph. 3 and § 21 para. 10 of the Act:
§ 1
This Decree ^ 1) incorporates the relevant provisions of the European
Community ^ 2) and edits the details of breeding and breeding cattle,
Buffalo, horses, donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, poultry, fish and bees.
§ 2
Patterns of applications for the granting of consent to the exercise of professional activities as referred to
in § 7, § 11 (1) 4, § 12 and 17 of the Act
(Section 3, paragraph 1, of the Act)
Patterns of applications for the granting of consent to the exercise of professional activities under section 7,
§ 11 (1) 4, § 12 and 17 of the Act are listed in Appendix 1 to this
the Decree.
§ 3
Model application for the recognition of breeders ' Association
(§ 5 para. 1 of the law)
Model application for the recognition of breeders ' Association is given in annex 2 to the

§ 4
Model application for recognition of a person as a pet undertaking of pigs

Model application for recognition of a person as a pet undertaking of pigs is given

§ 5
Technical details of the content of the order breeding registry
(§ 6 para. 9 of the Act)
Order of breeding registry contains
and the method of keeping records of) the origins and results of testing and assessment
reared pigs,
(b)) the way of keeping records of the origin of semen, embryos,
the egg cells,
c) model the proof of origin of the animals, semen, embryos, egg

§ 6
General provisions on testing
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
To carry out the testing and assessment and survey data
related to the use of such technical equipment, which can be
activities to ensure, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the breeding
programmes of individual breeds.
Testing and assessment of cattle and buffaloes
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
(1) the requirements for the contents of the records kept by the authorized persons and the breeders
are listed in Appendix 4 to this Ordinance, part A.
(2) an authorized person shall transmit to the person responsible for the records in a manner
laid down in annex 4 to this Ordinance, part A.
§ 7
Testing and assessment of horses and donkeys
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
(1) the requirements for the contents of the records of the results of the testing and assessment of horses
and donkeys are included in each breeding programmes of recognised
breeders ' associations.
(2) If a part of the testing and assessment of anti-doping tests on
licence of doping substances, and the result of these tests is positive, the result
a performance test is not included in the evaluation of the animal.
(3) a recognised breeders ' associations and beneficiaries shall transmit the records
designee on the fly, but not later than 31 December 2006. January 1 of the following
of the calendar year.
(4) a recognised breeders ' associations and authorized person shall transmit to the authorized
person list of the competitions referred to in § 7 para. 6 of the Act to 31. January

§ 8
Testing and assessment of pigs
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
(1) the requirements for the contents of the records kept by the authorized persons and the breeders
are listed in Appendix 4 to this Ordinance, part (B).
(2) an authorized person shall transmit to the person responsible for the records in a manner
laid down in annex 4 to this Ordinance, part (B).
§ 9
Testing and assessment of ovine and caprine animals
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
(1) the requirements for the contents of the records kept by the authorized persons and the breeders
are listed in Appendix 4 to this Ordinance, part (C).
(2) an authorized person shall transmit to the person responsible for the records in a manner
laid down in annex 4 to this Ordinance, part (C).
§ 10
Testing and assessment of poultry
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
(1) the requirements for the contents of the records kept by the authorized persons and the breeders
are listed in Appendix 4 to this Ordinance, part (D).
(2) an authorized person shall transmit to the person responsible for the records in a manner
laid down in annex 4 to this Ordinance, part (D).
§ 11
Testing and assessment of fish
(§ 7 paragraph 9 of Act)
(1) the requirements for the contents of the records of the results of the testing and assessment
breeding fish are included in each breeding programmes
approved breeders ' associations.
(2) a recognized breeders ' associations and beneficiaries shall transmit the records
designee on the fly, no later than 28. February following

§ 12
Testing and assessment of the bees

§ 14
Requirements for the content of the order of the herd-book

(c)) the conditions for the registration of farms in the herd-book, with the exception of orders
horse herd-books,

§ 15
Requirements for the content of the order of breeding poultry register
(Section 10, paragraph 3, of the Act)

§ 19
Certificate of origin of the flock

§ 32
The technical details of the packaging of semen, embryos, egg cells,

(§ 21 para. 10 of the law)
(1) the Packaging of bovine semen, equine, swine, sheep and goats and packaging of embryos are
marked in the manner specified in annex 11 to this Decree. On the packaging
imported semen is not required of a central registry number
