about how the labelling of returnable packaging backed up



The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 50 para. 4 to perform

§ 9 para. 3 of Act No. 477/2001 Coll. on packaging and on amendments to certain

laws (law on packages):



§ 1



Reversible cover is referred to as backed-up technical standards ČSN 77 0053 on

the packaging itself or on the label.



§ 2



Labelling requirements for returnable packaging placed on the market backed up

before the beginning of the effectiveness of the Ordinance shall be assessed in accordance with the existing laws,

legislation. ^ 1)



§ 3



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. May 2002.
