on the ways and terms of accounting and settlement prices to cover the costs

related to support and perform some other

the provisions of the law on the supported sources of energy



Energy Regulatory Office lays down pursuant to § 53 para. 2 (a). (h)), i), k)

n) and o) Act No. 165/2012 Coll., about sources of energy and on

amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No 90/2014 Coll., to implement section

11 (1) 9 to 11, § 13 para. 1, § 28 para. 4 and § 43 para. 3 of this

§ 1

§ 2



Accounting and settlement prices on the costs associated with the support

electricity



(1) electricity trader or producer of electricity charged to the customer

price to cover the costs associated with the support of the electricity in the manner and in the

§ 3



Accounting and settlement prices on the costs associated with the support

§ 4



Accounting and settlement prices for electricity distribution folder associated with the

support for decentralized electricity production

§ 5

§ 6

§ 7



Method of settlement of the preceding period



If the Energy Regulatory Office shall determine the transmission

electricity from renewable sources, the combined production of electricity and heat

§ 8



Regulation (EEC)



Decree No. 439/2012 Coll., on the determination of the manner and terms of accounting and

cover folder prices for electricity, gas transport, distribution

electricity and gas to cover the costs associated with the support of electricity

decentralized electricity production and biomethane and perform some of the

other provisions of the Act on the supported sources of energy (the Decree on the

The determination of the monthly amount of the payment resulting from differences between the hourly

The monthly amount of the payments resulting from differences between the hourly price and
