The Justice Department determined in accordance with section 374a (b). (d)) of law No.

99/1963 Coll., the civil procedure code, as amended by Act No. 263/1992 Coll.

Act No. 24/1993 Coll. and Act No. 30/2000 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



Reward Manager



§ 1



Business Manager, the Court determined the remuneration according to the rates and under the conditions specified

in this Decree.



§ 2



(1) the basis for determining the remuneration of the administrator of the enterprise is the observed price of the undertaking

(article 338n, paragraph 2, of the Act). The reward is of the amount

(2) if the Court has not determined the price of the enterprise identified under section 338n paragraph. 1

and (2) of the Act, the remuneration of the Manager 45 000 CZK.



§ 3



If, in proceedings for the enforcement of a sale of a business activity was few

managers of the enterprise, belongs to each of them a share of the remuneration corresponding to the

§ 4



Reimbursement of cash expenses of the Enterprise Manager



(1) the administrator of the company's claim on the reward also entitled to reimbursement of

cash expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the performance of their functions,

in particular, the travel costs, postage, expert reports, translations, copies of

and photocopies.



(2) the amount of the refund of travel expenses shall be governed by the amount of the refunds provided for

special legislation on travel compensation. ^ 1)



(3) the refund of the costs incurred on the expert opinions are governed by specific

legislation on the remuneration of expert witnesses and interpreters. ^ 2)



(4) reasonably incurred costs of postage, translation, copies and photocopies

is paid at the established amount.



§ 5



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2001.
