Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
The AMOUNT of the SALARY BASE for the YEAR 2004 and the amount of ADDITIONAL SALARY for the FIRST
HALF-YEAR 2004
§ 1
For the determination of salary and certain compensation expenses related to the performance of functions
and member of Parliament and Senator),
(b) the Member of the Government),
(c)) the President of the Republic,
(d) the judge of the Constitutional Court),
e) Member, Vice-President and President of the Supreme Audit Office,
f) Member, Vice-President and President of the Council for radio and television
the broadcast,
g) member and President of the Council of the Czech Telecommunications Office,
(h)), the Director of the security intelligence service
I) judge of the district, regional and High Court, Supreme Court and the
The Supreme Administrative Court,
(j)) of the Ombudsman and Deputy Ombudsman,

§ 2
If under special legislation shall belong to the persons referred to in paragraph 1 of the
additional salary, shall also be given for the first half of 2004, only in the amount of
half of the amount to which they would otherwise be entitled. ^ *)
§ 3
The provisions of § 3 para. 3 to 5 of law no 236/1995 Coll., on salary and other
formalities associated with the exercise of the functions of the representatives of State power and
some State authorities and judges, as amended by Act No. 309/2002 Coll., and
the provisions of § 3 para. 3 to 5 of the Act No. 201/1997 Coll., on salary and some
other elements of the prosecutors and amending and supplementing Act No.
143/1992 Coll., on salary and remuneration for work stand-by in budgetary and
in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended
the regulations, as amended by Act No. 309/2002 Coll., in the period from 1. January 2004
until 31 December 2006. December 2004 does not apply.

§ 4
In section 3, paragraph 3. 4 Act No. 237/1995 Coll., on salary and other terms of
associated with the performance of the functions of the representatives of State power and some
State authorities and judges, as amended by Act No. 309/2002 Coll., the number
"2004" is replaced by "2007", "2003" is replaced by
"2006", "2001" is replaced by "2004" and the number "2002"
is replaced by "2005".

In section 3, paragraph 3. 4 Act No. 201/1997 Coll., on salary and some other
elements of prosecutors and amending and supplementing Act No. 143/1992
Coll., on salary and remuneration for stand-by duty in the budget and in the
certain other organisations and bodies, as amended
the regulations, as amended by Act No. 309/2002 Coll., "2004" is replaced by
"2007", "2003" is replaced by "2006", "2001"
is replaced by "2004" and the number "2002" is replaced by "2005".

members of the European Parliament elected in the first elections to the European
Parliament in 2004.

*) Note. ASPI: Constitutional Court No. 354/2005 Coll. was repealed
the provisions of § 2, if refers to the judge of the district, regional and high
