The Government ordered in accordance with § 116 paragraph. 2 Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on professional

service relationship of members of security forces:



§ 1



The scope of the



This regulation lays down a catalogue of activities in the performance of services in Customs

administration of the Czech Republic, the prison service of the Czech Republic, police of the Czech

Republic, the fire rescue Corps of the United States and the General

inspection of security forces.



§ 2



The definition of some terms



For the purposes of this regulation, means a
