The Czech National Council



of 18 May. December 1990



of the measures in the system of Central Government bodies of the Czech Republic



The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:



Article. (I)



(1) the following are repealed the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Republic:



and the Ministry of construction and construction),



(b) Department of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering).



(2) the existing scope under the laws and other generally

binding legislation passes

1. in matters of social education at the Ministry of education, youth and

sports,

(e)) of the Ministry of the Interior



1. in matters of scrapyard at the Ministry of industry,

1. in matters of the geological survey of the Ministry for economic

policy and development,



2. in matters of forest plans to the Ministry of agriculture.



(3) if the generally binding legal regulations they confer on the scope of Federal

Tourism, environment and agriculture in the relevant agreement,

which among themselves, specifying those rights and obligations. About transfers of

Article II

1. In article 1, points 4 and 12 are deleted.



2. section 2 (2). 1 reads as follows:

" § 3

State authority for investment development, energy, heating plants,

gas, oil and gas, mining, adjustment and refinement of

solid fuels, ores, radioactive materials and magnesite, for the creation of

a uniform raw material policy for the exploitation of mineral resources and for the

geological survey.



(3 Ministry for economic policy and development is also a central

State authority for the creation of foreign economic policy, including

foreign investment and foreign aid in the extent to which this

the competence vested in the Czech Republic.



(4) the Ministry for economic policy and development is also a central

State authority for road and urban transport, railways, special

determine infrastructure including highways, road holding

maritime transport, river navigation and civil aviation.



(5) the Ministry for economic policy and development is also a central

State authority for mail.



(6) the Ministry responsible for economic policy and development is subordinated to the United

4. in paragraph 4, the words "budget of the Republic", the words "the State

14. The existing provisions of section 13 shall become paragraph 1, the words

prefabricated products and construction engineering "are replaced by the words

"building production, health production, scrap and metal

waste ".



15. section 13 shall be added a new paragraph 2 is added:



"(2) the Ministry of industry to organise and manage the State service for expensive

metals. ".



16. Article 14 shall be deleted.



17. § 17 para. 1 reads as follows:



"(1) the Ministry of trade and tourism, is the central body

the State administration for citizens and private enterprise for internal and external

trade and tourism ".



18. in section 19 para. 2 the words "the area of geological research and exploration,

for "shall be replaced by" an area of geological research, for the protection of

mineral wealth, ".



19. in paragraph 23, the words "are deleted for the preparation of draft plans for the development of

the economy of the Republic ".



20. In paragraph 25, in the second sentence deleted the word "exclusive".



21. in section 27 is deleted the provisions of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2.



22. section 28 is added:



"section 28



(1) the activities of the ministries it controls, checks and unifies the Government of the Czech

of the Republic.



(2) the tasks related to the professional, organisational and technical security

activities of the Government of the Czech Republic and its institutions shall implement the Office of the Government of the Czech

of the Republic.



(3) the activities of the Office of the Government of the United States governed by the head of the Office of the Government of the Czech

Republic, which appoints and dismisses the Government of the United States. ".



Article. (III)



Shall be deleted;



1. section 2 (2). 1 Act No. 174/1968 Coll., on State specialized supervision of

305/1990 Coll., on the establishment of the Department of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering

Article IV



The Bureau of the Czech National Council shall be empowered, in the collection of laws

the full text of the law was announced by the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on

the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State administration of the Czech

Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as follows from amended.



Article. In



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1991.
