laying down the types of devices for making reproductions, types

blank media of records, and the amount of the lump-sum remuneration

The Ministry of culture shall establish in accordance with § 25 para. 7 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll.

on copyright, rights related to copyright and on the amendment

certain laws (Copyright Act), as amended by the Act No. 216/2006 Coll.:



Instruments to manufacture and print copies of the lump-sum remuneration



§ 1



(1) the remuneration of the printer with the ink printing technology, enabling

the making of a copy of a print from a different than the print substrate, is in

apparatus with an average price without value added tax

(b)) over 2 000 to 6 000 Czk 120 CZK



c) over 6 000 to 10 000 Czk 240 CZK

(2) the remuneration of the non-ink printers printing technology,

to enable the making of a copy of a print from a different than the print

§ 2

§ 3



Multi-function device that allows you to print a copy of the making of

both ways referred to in § 1 and 2, as well as the device will charge for

referred to in § 2.

§ 4

§ 5

(2) from nezabudovatelného and from storage media storage media

built-in, or zabudovatelného to the device, if this media is not

charged in the charging unit under section 6, shall be paid the remuneration

1.50 € per each started 1 GB capacity, up to $ 90.



(3) nezabudovatelného from the hard disk to a personal computer is charged

remuneration of 0.15 € for each commenced 1 GB capacity, does not exceed the capacity of the

nezabudovatelného hard disk to a personal computer 1 TB. Exceeds the

capacity of the hard disk to a personal computer nezabudovatelného 1 TB

the reward is paid $ 150 and $ 0.10 for each commenced 1 GB capacity

exceeding the capacity of 1 TB of hard disk.



§ 6



The appliance for making copies of records



(1) the appliance to the making of copies of records are



and analog devices to manufacture) of copies on magnetic tape,



(b)) a device for writing data to optical media and memory cards

the broadcast.



(2) the provisions of paragraph 1 shall not apply to digital cameras, digital

cameras, mobile phones and cordless phones. If these

the device comes with a storage medium, the remuneration shall be paid only from the capacity
