GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 28 June. June 22, 2010



about divergent adaptation of employment of employees with regular

workplace abroad



The Government directs pursuant to § 346 of the Act No. 262/2006 SB., labour code, in the

amended by Act No. 362/2007 Coll.:



§ 1



This regulation incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and

modifies a staff with regular workplace abroad (hereinafter referred to as

"the employee abroad")



and the negotiation of the length of employment) for a specified period for posting on the

work abroad



(b)) extension of employment for a specified period at the time of posting to

work abroad and



c) differing working hours abroad in relation to days

§ 2
