on the conditions for the provision of health services military providers
the fields of ambulatory care, in which a soldier of the occupation may apply
free choice of providers of health services, and the conditions of
Organization of the performance of the tasks of the military teaching hospitals (on the conditions

The Ministry of defence provides pursuant to § 94 paragraph. 4 Act No. 221/1999 Coll.,

§ 1
The patient military provider
(1) a military provider provides health services in health care

§ 2
Special conditions for the provision of health services to military

§ 3

§ 4
Special conditions for the provision of outpatient and inpatient care
(1) the provider of outpatient care in the field of general practice

§ 8

§ 10
Centre of health services

§ 12

§ 15
Central military hospital-the military teaching hospital

§ 19
The military Health Institute
(1) the military Health Institute is a medical facility of the military
providers to pursue the activities connected with the protection and support of the
public health in the workplaces of the armed forces of the Czech Republic,
administrative offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry, the General staff of the army

Cancellation provisions
Decree No 285/1999 Coll., on the provision of health care in the military
