their scale



The Ministry of health, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance shall lay down

pursuant to section 8 (2). 1 of the law No. 551/1991 Coll. on general health

the insurance company of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 149/1996 Coll., Act No.

438/2004 Coll. and Act No. 117/2006 Coll. and under section 7 (2). 1 of law No.

280/1992 Coll., on departmental, industry, corporate, and other

health insurance undertakings, as amended by Act No. 149/1996 Coll., Act No.

438/2004 Coll., Act No. 117/2006 Coll. and Act No. 351/2009 Coll.:



§ 1



The range of information and the way forward



General health insurance company in the Czech Republic and departmental, sectoral,

corporate and other health insurance funds to be sent to the Ministry of

health and Finance Ministry report of its management (hereinafter

"the report") electronically pursuant to other legislation ^ 1). Range

the information contained in the report are given in annexes 1 to 4 to this

the Decree. Part of the report is on the balance sheet (balance sheet) drawn up in accordance with

another law ^ 2). If it is not in the annexes to this Decree

unless otherwise specified, the information contained in the message

cumulatively, from 1. January of the calendar year until the last day

calendar quarter (hereinafter referred to as "the reference period"), for which the

§ 2



Regulation (EEC)



Shall be repealed:



1. Decree No. 274/2005 Coll., on how to provide information on the management of

health insurance companies and their range.



2. Decree No. 183/2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 274/2005 Coll.

How to provide information on the management of health insurance companies and

their range.



3. Decree No. 313/2008 Coll., amending Decree No. 274/2005 Coll.

How to provide information on the management of health insurance companies and

their entirety, as amended by Decree No. 183/2007 Coll.



§ 3

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2011.
