about the safety of the flight standard

The Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 22a para. 1 of the law No. 49/1997 Coll.

on Civil Aviation, and amending and supplementing Act No. 455/1991 Coll.

PART THE FIRST



THE SUBJECT OF THE EDIT



§ 1



This Decree lays down the rules for determining the maximum amount of time in

service, flight times, flight times, minimal requirements for the rest

including rest periods when crossing multiple time zones, divided by principles

services, principles for the use of reinforced and double the crew and the rules for

determining the standby crew members (hereinafter referred to as "safety

SAFETY FLIGHT THE AIR CARRIER STANDARD ORGANISATION

THE ACTIVITY OF THE AIRCRAFT



§ 2



Basic concepts



For the purposes of part two of this order means

§ 3



The period of service



(1) the period of service shall include at least

§ 4



The total flight time

Flight duty time

§ 11



The requirements on rest



(1) If a minimum rest period provided for directly applicable

§ 12



Accommodation requests



An air carrier shall ensure that the crew member of an aircraft suitable accommodation,

§ 14



An unplanned extension of flight duty time



(1) If, for reasons of unforeseen circumstances in air traffic after the

AIR TRANSPORT HELICOPTERS AND AERIAL WORKS



§ 15



Basic concepts



For the purposes of part III of this Ordinance means

§ 17



Flight time

b) 90 hours over the course of twenty-eight calendar days consecutive,

and a maximum of three times in seven consecutive calendar days.



(3) an air carrier or operator of an aircraft shall ensure that the work

the total flight time of all flights or the total number of all take-offs for

starts in the course of twenty-four consecutive hours.



(4) an air carrier or aircraft operator work may increase

Flight duty time



(1) the period of flight duty includes

preparation means checking the condition of the helicopter or aircraft

aerial works. The length of time the pre-flight preparation is at least 15 minutes.



(3) an air carrier or aircraft operator works shall determine the time

poletové activities after the end of the last flight of the service according to the type

§ 19



The requirements on rest



(1) an air carrier or operator of an aircraft shall ensure that the work was

PART FOUR



FLIGHT SAFETY STANDARD OPERATOR AIR RESCUE SERVICES

Basic concepts



For the purposes of part four of the Decree means the

§ 25



The period of performance of the service of air rescue services



(1) the period of service of air rescue services includes
