The Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 22a para. 1 of the law No. 49/1997 Coll.

on Civil Aviation, and amending and supplementing Act No. 455/1991 Coll.

PART THE FIRST



THE SUBJECT OF THE EDIT



§ 1



This Decree lays down the rules for determining the maximum amount of time in

service, flight times, flight times, minimal requirements for the rest

including rest periods when crossing multiple time zones, divided by principles

services, principles for the use of reinforced and double the crew and the rules for

determining the standby crew members (hereinafter referred to as "safety

SAFETY FLIGHT THE AIR CARRIER STANDARD ORGANISATION

THE ACTIVITY OF THE AIRCRAFT



§ 2



Basic concepts

§ 3



The period of service

§ 4



The total flight time

Flight duty time

The requirements on rest

§ 12



Accommodation requests



An air carrier shall ensure that the crew member of an aircraft suitable accommodation,

§ 14



An unplanned extension of flight duty time



(1) If, for reasons of unforeseen circumstances in air traffic after the

AIR TRANSPORT HELICOPTERS AND AERIAL WORKS



§ 15



Basic concepts



For the purposes of part III of this Ordinance means

§ 17



Flight time

and a maximum of three times in seven consecutive calendar days.



(3) an air carrier or operator of an aircraft shall ensure that the work

(4) an air carrier or aircraft operator work may increase

Flight duty time

The requirements on rest

FLIGHT SAFETY STANDARD OPERATOR AIR RESCUE SERVICES

Basic concepts



For the purposes of part four of the Decree means the

The period of performance of the service of air rescue services
