which some people take the Czechoslovak citizenship



The National Assembly of the Republic passed on this

the Act:



§ 1



(1) persons of German nationality, which expired State

citizenship by Decree No. 33/1945 Coll., and have in the day when this law

takes effect, residing in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, becoming

the Czechoslovak citizens, when the Czechoslovak citizenship

have not previously.



(2) together with her husband, after the case together with the father or the mother, they become

Czechoslovak citizens of the wives and minor children of persons referred to in

the preceding paragraph, if they already don't become under that

paragraph, if they are resident in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic and

are not nationals of another State.



§ 2



This Act shall take effect on the date of the notice; It does the Minister

the Interior.
