on the control of air conditioning systems
The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 14 para. 4 of law No.
406/2000 Coll. on energy management, as amended by Act No. 177/2006 Coll.
Act No. 165/2012 Coll. and Act No. 318/2012 Coll., to implement section 6a of paragraph 1.
5 of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree transposes the European Union regulation ^ 1) and establishes
the scope, frequency and method of carrying out the inspection of air conditioning systems and
format and content of the reports on these checks.
§ 2
Scope of the control of air conditioning systems

§ 4

repealed.
§ 8
The effectiveness of the
