Government Regulation



Czech Socialist Republic of 24 April. June 1981 on protected

areas of Headwater the Cheb basin and Slavkovský les,

North Bohemian chalk, chalk, East Bohemia Police, also for a special pan and Pan

Kvartér River



The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to section 18 of Act No.

138/1973 Coll. on waters (Water Act):



§ 1



(1) the area of the Cheb basin and of the Slavkov forest, North of chalk,

The Eastern Bohemian chalk, Political, pelvic Třeboň basin and Quaternary River

Moravia, which for its natural conditions constitute an important natural

the accumulation of surface water and groundwater, are protected areas

are defined in the annex to this regulation; maps of protected

water areas are deposited with the district national committees, in

§ 2



(1) in the protected water areas are prohibited:

(h)) to carry out geological and hydrogeological exploration work, if

individual exploratory objects will not be subsequently performed in a used

groundwater,



(I)) to perform the construction of:



1. equipment for pigs for fattening on the total capacity of the pledge over 5000 pieces,



2. the oil processing plants and chemical production plants,

4. long-distance pipelines for the transport of petroleum substances, including accessories,

(2) the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be in the protected water areas

areas and to the arrangements for radioactive materials in connection with the exploitation of

(3) in exceptional cases, the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic

allow exceptions to the provisions of paragraph 1 (b). and), e), (f)) and i) 6.



§ 3



In the protected water areas of the landfill may be set up

urban and industrial waste only in places where it cannot be

A protected area of natural accumulation of water the Cheb basin and Slavkovský les

and ends at the port of exit Petrovice.



A protected area of natural accumulation of water East Bohemian chalk



The boundaries of the protected water area continues in the protected

water area of Orlické hory ^ 1) at its intersection with rozvodnicí

the catchment area of the Eagle and the Metuje River, North of Sedloňova in the East Bohemia region in the

Rychnov nad Kněžnou and continues along the South and away from the

Pěčína along the border of a protected water area of Žamberk-

Rabbits ^ 2) in žamberk in the Ústí nad Orlicí. From here

to the South-West along the road II/312 on the Hejnici to the junction to

dimension 463 and further along the line through the top of Astragalus (538 dimension) to the dimension for the 411

Sandy. Further monitors the road through Žampach and Hnátnici to the silent Eagle

and the stream Dobroučku in the direction of flow to the upper Dobrouče. From there it runs along the

the road II/313 to watershed basin of the Elbe and the Danube River and the southern

direction through the top of your head off on the dimension of the 536 (with burnt huts) where it diverts

the Valley Of myslivnou and on the way to Demníkova. Continuing along the road

over the Mladějova in the District of Trpík Svitavy, where it joins the railway

The boundaries of the protected water area branches off from the road I/35 under

505 South dimension along the forest road through the dimension to 513

the mouth of the road Views-Křenov and continues after the connector on top

the boundary of the East and the South Moravian region. This boundary follows the

West to its intersection with the flow of Křetínky, between Bohuňovem and

Chrudim to Zderazi and further down the road over Hněvětice to Perálec and

Ward. From there, it continues North along the left bank of the Krounky to

its mouth and on the left bank of Novohradky into the mountain, where it joins

on the road II/305 and continues through Stradouň, Jaroslav and Horní Jelení in

the Pardubice region to the hardworking in Rychnov nad Kněžnou.



From the hardworking leads the boundaries of the protected water area along the road

(II)/318 to Čestic on the road I/11, from which branches off to the West of the village on the

the road through Rašovice and Rickets on the road II/304, which leads to the

the crossroads on the dimension of the 299, East of Bolehošti. Here's a track on the road

via Bolehošť, Očelice, Lincoln, Vysoky Ujezd nad and Dědina Jílovice to

The boundaries of the protected water area tracks West

Trutnov to intersect with the Upper basin of the Elbe rozvodnicí and Cidlina,

East of Cerekvice nad Bystřicí. After this watershed runs through the

Boháňku in the Jičín district up to the dimension of the 328 at Maňovic and further West

along the road through Kačerov to hořice, which bypasses along the North edge of the

built-up area. Further monitors the road I/35 through to Úlibic and thence Ostroměř

the road I/16 into's domain. Here is transferred to the road through Desolate

Proseč and Valdov up to the dimension of the 409, where it joins the border wider

the protection zone of the Spa Bělohradu ^ 3). After the border protection zone leads

up to Bukovina in Pips and from there by road to the North Tetín-Pecka

at a crossroads on the dimension 468. From this dimension through the dimension line 541 leads (on the

Red Hill), Dubinku Hill (dimension 504), Loaf (520), a wall (500),

Labský Hill (468), Martin's wall of (486), Buck Hill (503) Slučí

stones (511), Bolts (548), Pinwheel (511) to the intersection of the dimension 522

South of Upper Žďár and further along the road to Hajnice. Here is transferred to the

Hajnický Creek and from its outlets it tracks further flow up to Běluňky

Chvalkovic in the Náchod district.



From the Chvalkovic border road II/307 to the big Třebešova,

Road I/33 over the Czech Skalica and Curse at the intersection on the dimension of the 311, where

It branches off to the South along the road through Šonov u Nové Město nad Metují

up to the Highlands to Otovice-Exeter railway line. After the West side

the track runs South through Nové Město nad Metují, which precedes the

The northern limit of the protected water area is concurrent with State

the Polish people's Republic on the section from the border with

A protected area of natural accumulation of water from Třeboň basin



The western part of the boundaries of the protected water area is included in the

South Bohemia in České Budějovice district from the State border with

Austria Road South of Vyšného on the road II/156, after which

It continues West through new Castles to the intersection with Žárského

of the pond. Here the road branches off to the North through the Olešnice on

Trhové Sviny, which bypasses the after the northeastern edge of the built-up area.

Continuing along the road II/148 over Borovany, Ledenice, Slavošovice,

London, Kolný and Lhotice on the intersection with road I/3. Furthermore, it runs along the

the road I/3 to its intersection with the rozvodnicí basin of the Vltava and Lužnice.

After this watershed continues in a northerly direction to its intersection with the

Road Pořežánky-Modrá Hůrka and further along the road through Villages, Sobětice on

the intersection on the dimension of the 490. From there it runs along the connector dimensions 490 and 451 and

the road through the district camp on Březnice intersection with road II/137.

This road leads through the Coral Springs to the turn-off road to Třebelic and

Dud's.



The boundaries of the protected water area runs from dud's South

along the Curbstone of the pond and local along the eastern edge of the system of ponds in

the upper part of the stream and the reconstruction after its left bank to the bushing.

From there it continues South along the right bank of the river Lužnice, passes into the

in Jindřichův Hradec district, bypasses the Causeway and the eastern shore of the pond

Rožmberk and continues right bank of Lužnice to Old clay and after

on the road to New River Stříbřec. After the new river to the South of the

Podsedek, Old Farmer, Výtopa, Dale, The New Treasurer.



From the pond, the New Treasurer runs along water flow through ponds and Vizír

Hood and along the drive to the Weir at Koštěnickém Creek and against the flow of the Creek

the iron-mill. Also leads to the South along the road through Klikov, Františkov,

Rašpach and Ashes up to on the road II/150, which leads to the State

the border with Austria. After the border continues West to the

the starting point just south of Vyšného.



A protected area of natural accumulation of water Kvartér of the Morava River



The northern limit of the protected water area is the same as the border

the wider protection zone of natural medicinal resources Bludov "^ 1") in the section

from Rovensko Vyšehoří, crossing over the Morava River at Bohutína, lower

Studénka to Sudkov in the North Moravian region in Šumperk district. From

Sudek's tracks south of the road to Lesnice and from Kopanice

Vitošovský drive to Vitošova. From there, the road again takes place through

Hrabová, Dubicko and Třeštinu and along a flooded Creek to its outlets.



From the mouth of a flooded Creek border protected water after

the left bank of Moravia to the boundary of the outer protection zone resources

Prerov. Further leads to the South along the railway track Přerov-

Břeclav in the territory of the Southern Moravia region, district Kroměříž over Tlumačov in

the District of stores and to the North edge of Otrokovice, where it branches off on the dimension of the

the road 193 Bělov. From here follows the left bank of the Morava in Napajedla,

where is preceded by the following the southern edge of development road through Topolnou to

The boundaries of the protected water area runs along the left bank of the Morava from the
