of 11 December 1997. September 2013
on determining the extent and manner of providing the information to the information system
on salaries
The Government directs pursuant to § 137 para. 3 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., code
work:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This regulation lays down a range of information about resources on the salaries and remuneration
for stand-by duty, of average earnings and of the personal data
affecting the level of salary of the employee and their methods of providing
by the employer to the information system on salaries.
§ 2
The range of the data provided
(1) an employer, except an employer referred to in paragraph 2,
provides to the information system of data on the salaries of employees in
the scale and the structure set out in annex 1 to this regulation and other
information for the employer to the extent and structure set out in annex 2 to the
application of this regulation.
(2) the employees of the intelligence services ^ 1) provides employer
information subject to confidentiality under other legislation ^ 2), in the
the scale and the structure set out in annex 3 to this regulation.
§ 3
Method of providing data
(1) the employer provides the Data in electronic form in a secure
manner with the use of Internet applications, which is part of the
Information system on salaries.
(2) the employer, with the exception of territorial self, contributory
the Organization set up by the local government unit, the organizational folder
territorial self and State Fund, will provide for the first
calendar half-year, and for the entire calendar year (hereinafter referred to as "the monitored

§ 4
Common provisions

§ 6
The effectiveness of the
