some related laws, as amended, and

amending Decree No. 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No.
301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain
related laws, as amended, as amended by Decree

Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 (a). a) to (f)), i) and k) to (n))
Act No. 301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending
some related laws, as amended by Act No. 165/2004 Coll.

Amendment to Decree No. 207/2001 Coll.
Article. (I)
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act
No. 301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain
related laws, as amended by Decree No. 230/2001 Coll., Decree No.
499/2001 Coll., Decree No. 566/2002 Coll., Decree No. 660/2004 Coll.
Decree No. 539/2005 Coll., Decree No. 300/2006 Coll., Decree No.
352/2006 Coll., Decree No. 389/2007 Coll., Decree No. 419/2008 Coll.
Decree No. 445/2008 Coll., Decree No. 485/2009 Coll., Decree No.
315/2010 Coll., Decree No. 417/2011 Coll. and Decree No. 455/2012 Coll.,
be amended as follows:
1. in article 1, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) the list registrujících registry offices and the definition of their administrative
circuit contains the annex No. 4. ".
2. In section 2, paragraph 14, the word "registered" is deleted.
3. At the end of the text of paragraph 2, the following paragraphs 18 to 22 shall be inserted:

4. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 the second sentence in section 3 (2). 3 the second sentence and in § 5 para. 1

14. the Group heading above section 29 reads: "Procedure in the issuing of the certificate for
the conclusion of a religious marriage, certificate of legal capacity to conclude
marriage and a certificate of legal capacity to enter into the

15. In article 29, the words "of the family" shall be replaced by "of the civil
Code ".
16. In article 30, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) a certificate of legal capacity to enter into a partnership issues
the Registry Office on the basis of a written application of the person who wants to enter the
the partnership, after the submission of the documents to issue a report card ^ 6) and after verification

The former paragraph 2 becomes paragraph 3.
17. in § 33 para. 1 the first sentence, after the words "marriage"

18. in section 34 para. 3, the second sentence shall be deleted.
19. In article 35, paragraph 1 reads:

Article. (II)
Transitional provision
Registry forms issued in accordance with the existing legislation can be
from the date of entry into force of this Decree, used until 31 December 2004.
December 2015, provided that they indicated the amendments referred to in
article. I, points 26 to 30 and in paragraph 31, the models 21 and 22.

Article. (III)
Decree 300/2006 Coll., implementing Act No. 115/2006 Coll.
registered partnership and amending certain related laws, and
amending Decree No. 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No.
301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain
related laws, as amended, as amended by Decree
No. 389/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the title the words "decree implementing Act No. 115/2006 Coll.
on registered partnership and amending certain related laws,
and "are deleted.
2. in the introductory sentence, the words "in accordance with section 40 of Act No. 115/2006 Coll.
registered partnership and amending certain related laws,
(hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), and "are deleted.
3. Part one is deleted.
4. Annexes 1 and 2 shall be deleted.
PART THREE
The EFFECTIVENESS of the
Article. (IV)
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2014.
