GEOLOGICAL DOCUMENTATION OF MINING ACTIVITIES AND THE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY MINING
WAY
§ 10
Geological documentation of mining activities
(1) when the search and survey of the exclusive bearing ^ 11) with a geological
documentation takes the extent, in the manner and with the formalities referred to in
Part II of this public notice.
(2) in otvírce, preparing and mining deposits ^ 12)
geological documentation takes the contents and formalities referred to in
Part II of this public notice. In doing so,
and in underground mines) with the exception of wells takes a written
documentation of one side, the ceiling and the headings in the scale of 1:100, if in
the approved project or developing documentation, preparation and extraction is not
given the scale of the other. Documenting the end face and continuously while
the coining of the mine workings shall be documented in the distances indicated in the face
the approved project or developing documentation, preparation and extraction
exclusive of the bearings. In surface mines in otvírce, preparing
and conquering the exclusive bearing takes written documentation, in
distances listed in the approved documentation, training, and developing the
mining, at a scale of 1:1000, unless in an approved spending plan,
the preparation and extraction of the exclusive bearing is not indicated the scale of the other.
Distance and frequency of taking geological documentation of the surface and
the underground mine workings is chosen so as to ensure that the capture
substantial changes in terms of morphology and quality of bearings and of the changes
such properties of the rock mass (solid wood) that can
affect the safety of the work,

the implementation of the housing survey in a specified territory and method research
loading with them and document the additional geological facts that
may be relevant to the safe execution of the works,
(c)) for drilling for blasting the geological documentation does not purchase, if
in an approved spending plan, the preparation and the mining of deposits
unless otherwise stated.
(3) the geological documentation of other mining activities, are listed in the
paragraphs 1 and 2, shall be recorded in the implementation of technical work with
the formal content and particulars set out in part two of this order
and material focusing on the geological facts that
and document the rock environment) (solid wood) fit for special intervention in the
the Earth's crust,

§ 11
Geological documentation activities carried out using mining techniques
Activities carried out using mining techniques are geologically documented in
the following range
and, when you search) exploration and development of non-reserved minerals, ^ 13) in
collecting natural medicinal and table mineral waters in the mine workings in the
underground, ^ 14) when underground work consisting in excavation ^ 15)

^ 16) with the State Geological documentation takes in the range, in a way, with
the contents and formalities referred to in part II of this Ordinance,
(b)) when drilling boreholes for the realization of buildings and their accessories (eg.
drilling for piles, drainage wells, drilling for heat pumps), or when
drilling bore holes for blasting with geological documentation referred to in section
the second of this order, if the project does not purchase these works is not
unless otherwise provided for. It records only the eventual findings
the inflow of water into the borehole unanticipated or unexpected developments
the physical properties of the rock mass (solid wood), to the extent that
may have a significant impact on the safety of work or for subsequent use
a borehole. In these cases, it is minuted into the operational documentation
the building, which contains the time and depth of observation and description of the detected
the facts. The registration shall be effected promptly after discovery of such
the facts and shall be signed by the individual responsible for the implementation of the
drilling work; This is considered to be geological documentation
(c)) in the implementation of activities carried out using mining techniques, which
include

work), ^ 17) that are carried out in the underground,
2. the work on making the caves and work on keeping them in
safe condition, ^ 18)

the tunnels, as well as in the creation of the underground spaces of more than
300 cubic metres of rock, ^ 15)
5. the drilling of wells with a length over 30 m if they are not part of the implementation of the
geological work, mining activities and the activities carried out by mining
in the manner referred to under (a)), ^ 20)
the geological documentation referred to in part II of this Ordinance does not purchase,
If the work in the project, unless otherwise specified. Documenting
only the geological facts related to underground waters and to
physical properties of the rock mass (solid wood), which may have
effect on the safe execution of the works and safety related activities,
(d)) in the extraction of sands in open water flows and sand floating
machine ^ 21) geological documentation referred to in part II of this public notice
If the project does not purchase these works unless otherwise specified.
Documents are only the amount and character of extracted materials and
record the geological facts that can affect other
the extraction or utilization of flow for navigation, such as in particular the outcrops
hard rock substrate in water flow or movement of sediment in the water.
These facts are written to the operational documentation of technical work
and the minutes shall be considered as the geological documentation.
