on the implementation of certain provisions of the law on the election of the President of the Republic
Change: 452/Sb.
Ministry of the Interior shall be determined according to section 69 (a). and) Act No. 275/2012 Coll.
on the choice of President of the Republic and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on the election of the
President of the Republic), and in agreement with the Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 69
(a). (b)) of this Act and, in agreement with the Ministry of labour and social
Affairs and the Ministry of finance pursuant to section 69 (a). (c)) of this Act:
§ 1
Procedure for custody and archiving of ballots and other electoral
documentation
(1) the local authority and the Embassy before the election of the President
States shall ensure, on receipt of the ballots, envelopes and forms
their protection so as to prevent their abuse.
(2) the local authority takes all the electoral documentation, with the exception of
single copies of the minutes of the progress and outcome of the vote in an election
precinct, from district electoral commissions.
(3) the Ministry of the Interior takes through the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of all election documentation from the Special District
the Electoral Commission.
(4) ballot papers and envelopes shall keep the used official municipal offices and
Ministry of the Interior for 30 days from the publication of the overall result
the election of the President of the National Electoral Commission; After this time
keep for archival 3 sets of unused ballots; other
ballots formally received.
(5) the electoral documentation to the regional authorities and municipal authorities responsible for the
retained by these authorities. Responsible for the municipal authority shall retain one copy of the

§ 2

the list system or in cases of registration or cancellation
registration lists on the basis of a court decision.
(4) the Ministry of the Interior shall submit the list of the registered candidate
documents and the list of rejected list system of the National Electoral Commission.
§ 3
The Interior Ministry will take over the registry data of candidates from the Czech
Statistical Office of the fortieth seventh day before the date of the election of the President
of the Republic. The Ministry of Interior for up to 24 hours before the start of the election
President of the Republic shall inform the Czech Statistical Office on cases
renunciation of candidacy or loss of eligibility of the candidate in the period after

§ 4

§ 5
Patterns of electoral documents and forms

§ 6
The amount of special payments for the performance of the functions of a member of the District Election Commission and
Special District Election Commission, payment method and payment and the amount of
flat-rate compensation for loss of earnings for the period of performance of the duties of a member of the Anne Arundel

(4) the Remuneration provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2, and the flat-rate compensation for loss of earnings pursuant to
paragraph 3 of the members of the district electoral commissions shall be paid within 30 days after
termination of the activities of the District Election Commission of the municipal office and members of the Special
