on the definition of zones of protection of nature Krkonose National Park



The Ministry of the environment, determined in accordance with section 17 paragraph. 2 of law No.

114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 161/1999

Coll.:



§ 1



The definition of zones



(1) Define the zone of graduated protection of nature (hereinafter referred to as "the zone") on the

the territory of the Krkonoše National Park ^ 1).



(2) the designation of the boundaries of zones on the basis of the cadastral maps in the scale 1:2

000, including electronic form and on the basis of the base maps of the Czech

Republic in the scale 1:25, 000, is stored in the central list ^ 2).



(3) Indicative graphical representation of zones on the territory of the Giant Mountains National

the Park is listed in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. October 2015.

Park and lays down the conditions its protection, as amended by Act No. 114/1992 Coll.
