The Ministry of agriculture provides under section 3 (3). 5 and section 16 (a). (b))
Act No. 156/1998 Coll., on fertilisers, soil conditioners,
auxiliary plant products and substrates and agrochemickém
testing of agricultural soil (fertilizers Act), as amended by Act No.
308/2000 Coll.:
§ 1
The risk elements and their limits in fertilisers, supporting soil
substances, preparations and auxiliary plant substrates and permissible
the derogations
(1) the exposure limit values of risk elements in fertilizers, auxiliary of soil
substances, preparations and auxiliary plant substrates are fixed
in annex No. 1.
(2) the derogations from the values of the chemical and physical properties
fertilizers and permissible deviations from the values and the content of each part of the
fertilizers are set out in annex 2.
(3) the derogations referred to in annex No. 2 represent the variance
the measured values for the nutrient content from its declared values and cannot be

§ 2
Types of fertilizers
Types of fertilizer are set out in annex 3.
§ 3
Labelling of fertilisers, soil improvers, auxiliary plant
products and substrates
(1) Packaged fertilizers, soil conditioners, herbal preparations, and
substrates placed in circulation have the marking on the packaging or packaging

§ 4
Packing of fertilizers
(1) fertilizers, corresponding to the type specified in annex 3 shall be
only bottled, if this is indicated in column 7 of this annex.
(2) the packaging shall not adversely affect the properties of fertilizers, auxiliary
the soil of substances, preparations and auxiliary plant substrates; packaging must
be sealed so that the package has been opening or closure of the packaging
irreparably damaged.
§ 5
Cancellation provisions
Repealed the Decree No. 271/1998 Coll., laying down requirements for fertilisers.

In the case of organic-mineral fertilizers under the fertilizer composition and method of its use
