on animal health and its protection, about the movement and transport of animals and the

permissions and professional competence to perform certain professional

veterinary activities

The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 78 of the Act No. 166/1999 Coll.

veterinary care and amending certain related laws (health

Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll., Act

No. 48/2006 Coll., Act No. 182/2008 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll. and act

No. 308/2011 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"), for the implementation of § 5 para. 4 (b). a) and

(e)), section 6 (1). 8 (a). a) and b), § 8 para. 5, section 9A(1). 5, § 9b paragraph 1. 3,

§ 17a. 10 (a). a) and b), § 27b para. 9 (a). (d)), § 42 para. 6, §

50 para. 10, § 53 para. 6 (a). (d)), section 59 paragraph 1. 6, § 64 para. 6, § 64a

paragraph. 5 and § 70 para. 3 (b). and) of the Act and in accordance with the law of the European

§ 1

Animal health requirements for animal husbandry



(§ 5, paragraph 4, of the Act)



§ 2

animals and people.

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5

§ 6



The animal health conditions and the requirements for the transport of animals



(Section 8, paragraph 5, of the Act)

Isolation of animals

§ 7



(1) The insulation in the cases referred to in the Act placed the animals,

§ 8

housing animals of the species concerned and the categories

people, as well as the appropriate facilities for the storage of animal by-products

products,



(d) protected against the intrusion of) other animals and secure before entering

(e) to carry out) with the health tests and sampling for

diagnostic purposes.

§ 9

Animal health requirements for Assembly Centre



(To § 9a, paragraph 5, of the Act)



(1) the Assembly Centre must be



a) operationally separated from other buildings and equipment stocking

animals,



b) equipped with

unloading and suitable housing, power, feeding and necessary treatment

animals. This equipment must be easy to clean and disinfect,



2. device for isolating animals and appropriate space for storage

feed and bedding,



3. the relevant materials for cleaning and disinfecting rooms and

their premises, as well as means of transport,



4. an appropriate system for the drainage of waste water treatment and storage

storage of manure,



5. appropriately equipped rooms for State veterinary supervision and performance



6. appropriately equipped premises for investigation of the animals,



c) secured against the intrusion of other animals, and the entry of unauthorized persons

and



d) regularly inspected in terms of compliance with the

animal health requirements.



(2) animals in the Assembly Centre must



and) be healthy, conveyed in the manner and under the conditions of the corresponding

(3) an application for the approval of the Assembly Centre contains

(b)) the data on the owner or operator of the Assembly Centre (hereinafter referred to

(5) the regional Veterinary Administration shall prepare minutes of the results of checks on

of the Centre.



§ 11



Animal health requirements for persons trading in cattle or pigs



(To § 9b, paragraph 3, of the Act)



(1) a person who traded with cattle or pigs (hereinafter referred to as

§ 12



Animal health requirements for persons trading with ovine or caprine animals

(§ 17a. 10 of the law)



(1) if the epidemiological surveillance network of bovine or porcine

§ 14



The request for reimbursement of costs and losses



(To section 70 (3) of the Act)



(1) an application for a refund of costs and losses incurred in the

§ 15
